Young people design creative workshops for other young people

A space for creativity and self-efficacy

In this project, young people take on the role of designers themselves. They develop workshops in the fields of art, technology or music that are aimed at their peers. In doing so, they not only develop their own talents, but also create learning opportunities for other young people.

Cooperation and support from volunteers

Volunteers play an important role behind the scenes. They support the young people in planning, organising and supervising the workshops. This allows the young leaders to concentrate on their content, while adult or experienced volunteers provide structure, safety and guidance.

Variety of topics and learning opportunities

The workshops on offer cover a wide range of creative and technical areas:

• Art: drawing, painting, street art, photography
• Technology: robotics, coding, electronics
• Music: songwriting, instrumental workshops, DJ basics

This diversity enables young people to gain new experiences, discover their strengths and inspire each other.

Positive impact on the community

The project not only promotes creativity, but also self-confidence, teamwork and a sense of responsibility. At the same time, it fosters lively exchanges between young people, which contributes to a stronger sense of community.
